Who we are and what we’re about.

We’re a cooperative, not a solo shop. Most of us built our careers as architects, system designers, UX leads, and software managers on distributed web applications, the kind of jobs where you manage delivery and people without ever stepping away from the code. A few of us bring that same depth to SEO, including agentic search. We don’t sell project management as its own line item, either. It’s already part of how the people leading here have always worked.

We’re not a marketplace, and we’re not chasing the lowest bid. That’s the Fiverr and Upwork model: post a job, race to the bottom, hope whoever wins actually knows what they’re doing. We do something different. Everyone here is vetted twice, once on the craft and once on how they actually build with AI. We think of ourselves as agentic engineers, people who brought a real development practice into the world of AI instead of starting over with it, so a project moves faster without losing the judgment that made the work good in the first place. We’re also not limited to whoever’s free this week. Careers spent building relationships with specialists in the Bay Area and some of the best offshore teams we’ve worked with worldwide mean we already know who to call.

Every project moves through a structured process in a shared portal, reviewed and approved out in the open, not handed to you finished and unexplained. We believe the future of software is people and AI working closely together, not AI working alone. How it works is where we lay that out in full.
